Returns or exchange within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids.

Once these types of items leave our warehouse they are considered used and unsalable. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.

We do not accept returns of:

• Panties

• Toys

Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant, or makeup

Items returned to us that smell of perfume, tobacco, or body odor

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items in new and unworn condition. Please ensure tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.

However, due to the intimate nature of our products and to protect the health and hygiene of all our customers, items that come in direct contact with intimate areas, we’re unable to accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Panties purchased individually

- Toys and accessories designed for intimate use

- Any items that show signs of wear such as stains, bodily fluids, scent (perfume, tobacco, body odor), or makeup/deodorant marks
