Size exchanges are allowed if the item is unworn, unsoiled, and with intact tags and original packaging. Only same-style exchanges are supported; cross-category or price-point exchanges are not available.
Quality Issues
If an item has defects, was shipped incorrectly, has significant color discrepancies (not matching the description), or has functional faults, please get in touch with customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photo/video evidence.(Support@featherburlesque.com)
Wrong/Missing Items
Report any incorrect or missing items within 72 hours of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, Toys, and lingerie sets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. -
Used or Un-resellable Items: Items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or are missing original packaging/tags.

Review & Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days with the next steps.
Step 3
Return Shipment: If approved, send the item back via the designated courier (non-quality-related returns require the customer to cover shipping costs). The return address will be provided by customer service.
Return & Exchange Process
